Born in Cagnes Sur Mer, July 7, 1974, Alexandre moved to Canada at the age of 4.
As the Great grand son of Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Alexandre grew-up surrounded by art and artists; His famous family includes Jean Renoir (film
director) and Pierre Renoir (Actor), Claude Renoir jr. (director of
photography) and his daughter Sophie (Actress) to name a few. His first artistic venture was with jewelry design and sculptures, his drawing abilities remained dormant until his brother Emmanuel, gave him some drawing paper and challenged him to draw with charcoal; The results were impressive!
Alexandre could draw in various styles right from the first sheet! His career took-off as several art galleries in North America bought Alexandre's works. The artist's future comprise a North American Tour, exhibits in Europe and Asia.
